Anime Boston will print and distribute thousands of 7"x8.5" program guides to all the attendees at Anime Boston 2007. What better way to market yourself to the anime community than to place an ad on our program guide? Imagine, thousands of people looking at your ad as they read the program guide. Your ad will continue to be viewed after Anime Boston 2007 because, quite often, attendees will save their program guides as souvenirs. Any extra program guides that are not distributed at the convention are often given away at our promotional events for the following year's convention.

The following are our advertising rates for the Anime Boston 2007 Program Guide:

Advertisements must be at least 300 dpi and submitted in PDF, EPS, or TIFF format. All program guide pages (including ads) will be printed in black and white, however the cover will be printed in color. Please convert all fonts to outlines. Supply 1/4" beyond trim for bleed images. Any advertising submitted to Anime Boston that does not conform to the requirements will be enlarged, reduced, or floated at our discretion. (We cannot be responsible for quality of reproduction if ad size needs to be changed.) Rates include basic production work. A $25/hour correction fee will be charged for excess modification or corrections.

If you would like Anime Boston to provide layout or ad design work, it is available for $25/hour. You are expected to provide any graphics, fonts, or text necessary for inclusion in the ad. We roughly estimate a full hour for both 1/4 and 1/2 page ads and about 2 hours for a full page ad.

The Fine Print
Anime Boston may, in its sole discretion, edit, reclassify or reject any advertising copy submitted by Advertiser that of questionable content. Anime Boston does not guarantee the placement of any ad in a specific section or within a page, which placement is dependant upon publication requirements and availability. Any cancellations or corrections must be in writing and must be received by the advertising department prior to the deadline. Orders, cancellations, or corrections communicated orally or after the deadline are entirely at the Advertisers own risk and Anime Boston assumes no responsibility therefore.
