• Reports directly to the Masquerade Manager and the Game Shows Manager.
• Responsible for all things related to the Cosplay Chess and Anime Dating Game events, and any other cosplay-related game shows that may be later added.
• Responsible for reception and logging of all applications for the above mentioned events.
• Maintains timely communications with all participants of above mentioned events concerning application status and event times/locations.
• Plans all scripted, special events for said events.
• Responsible for coordinating Prize Support and setup for said events.
• Responsible for assigned duties backstage during Masquerade, which may include line control, assistance of cosplayer lineup, etc.
• Responsible for handling assigned shifts in Masq. HQ.
• Familiar with and willing to enforce established Masquerade rules and regulations.

All staff are required to read the forums once a week, and it is best to read the staff forums for all convention departments to familiarize yourself with all areas of the convention.

All staff are required to help with the post-con pack-up after the convention ends on Sunday, unless pre-approved to leave early at the time of hire.
